This is just sad now
According to our friends at Cops Online:

Law enforcement now says Lohan was stopped after cops got a call of a vehicle being chased by another vehicle. The chasing vehicle was being driven by Lohan.

Lohan was driving a white Denali. She was chasing a Cadillac Escalade.

She was initially suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol. A field sobriety test was conducted and she was subsequently arrested for DUI.

At the station, a search of her person was conducted, and cocaine was found in her pants pocket.

A breath test was conducted and her blood alcohol was between .12 and .13.


Second arrest, felony charges, cocaine possesion. She's screwed! Girl needs to get her ass back in rehab for real this time!

I hope she goes to jail for a while like Paris! Even then I don't think she'll ever stop. She needs a slap in the face by not getting any movie deals. Maybe then she'll realize how much she is screwing up her life!

Frankly I really dont care if she destroys herself - thats her business. I DO care however that she keeps endangering other peoples lives by drinking/drugs and then driving. It really pisses me off her total lack of regard for others peoples safety.

my grandmother was hit by a drunk driver a couple years ago , and it took her years to recover. Every time I hear one of the stories I think of all the innocent people who have died because of some selfish person who gets behind the wheel when they have no right to be driving.

I dont understand this either! 

I agree with Alliegurl.  Its the complete lack of respect for other's lives that kills me.  If you want to destroy yourself that is you and your family's business, but bringing others into it by driving is ridiculous.  I even understand that everyone makes mistakes and can drive home after having a few too many drinks and does something stupid once.  However, getting caught and understanding this is a problem and repeating as if you haven't learned anything is ridiculous!  My bf was hit by a drunk driver two weeks ago so this is a huge issue for me right now.  The guy still had a suspended license for his previous DUI.  It just blows my mind...

This isn't terribly surprising, unfortunately.

I feel like there are a lot of young starlets out there that are doing the exact same thing, but Lindsay is the worst offender of them all...I can't help but wonder if she's going to be the next River Phoenix/Chris Farley to OD way too young. I hope that isn't the case because she seems to be very talented in the stuff I've seen her in...but still, I can't help but think that's the road she's headed down.

Yep, I think the same thing NC.  She can't seem to straighten herself out, and usually that's the outcome for these young kids in hollywood.  It's sad - she obviously doesn't have any family looking out for her.  Her mom looks like she likes to party just as much as her.
