The first one isn't bad, but it's not very flattering, IMO. Definitely keep the second one.

This is how I feel too.  The first one has some extra fabric hanging in the stomach area (is it too tight in the hips because than can cause that poof of fabric), but I love number 2.  It's beautiful on.  Where did you get number 2?

the first one is pleated at the bust, and its tighter around the hips so it actually looks really cute on, (i dont take very good pics).  it actually fits better than the second dress.  the second dress i got at macys and actually fits a bit bigger on me than the first dress (blue).

I really like #1...even though it has volume right below the chest, it's clear that it fits you well through the hips and legs.

I want to like #2 but I think I'd want to see it in a size smaller or something. I'd return the one you're wearing.

I say return both. I'm not sure I think either does your figure justice. And if you are hesitating this much...it's not worth it to have clothes you "kind of like" in your closet.

About two years ago I started asking myself, "Do I LOVE it?" when buying...and I have been much happier with my wardrobe since then. If you don't love either, take them both back and get something you are ecstatic about.
