This is an image of the email I received from the Humane Society about the details in Michael Vicks arrest. I am in shock. It makes me so sad to hear this.
If anyone wants to take action, I posted the link that you can go to to automatically send an email to his team commissioner to suspend him.
Stuff like this makes my blood boil.

Ugh!  I've been following this story for a few months and I am sooooo happy that they finally have enough evidence to charge him.

As a pit bull owner, I think what he has done is beyond disgusting. I was not able to read more than a paragraph of the article, but I really wish they hose him down and electricute his a$$.furious I really believe that the NFL should have some sort of morrality clause and if they are found guilty they forfeit the right to be a public figure. There are enough talanted good people in this world that sports leagues would not suffer at all.

I'm from Atlanta and I can't stand Michael Vick. I've been aware of this story for a while, but I haven't been able to follow it closely because it breaks my heart. If convicted, his punishment won't be anywhere near what he deserves.

I, in no way, am defending Michael Vick but come on. Innocent until proven guilty right? Unless there's some kind of continuing behavior, I don't see how the NFL can suspend him for allegations unproven at this point.

I really don't know enough about the NFL to get into their rules or punishments or anything like that, but doesn't anyone think it's wrong to color him guilty before he's been convicted?

i agree, but there seems to be a small mountain of evidence against him.

the nfl will probably tread lightly, especially considering tank johnson was suspended, even though his BAC showed he wasn't drinking (he actually had 10 other violations, and he was under probation so the point is semi-moot).

This really makes me sad.  I don't even know what to say.  It hurts me that people could do things like that to animals.cry

I agree, that people are innocent until proven guilty, but its not uncommon to be suspended pending an investigation. If he is exonerated, then he can go back to playing. If I had these kind of charges over my head, I wouldn't be able to focus much on the game anyway.

Regardless of what he did or did not do personally, they found the bodies of the animals on his property. If you ask me, he had something to do with it regardless.

I wonder if Vick has a morals clause in his contract or if the NFL has it in a standard player's agreement. A lot of teams have morals clause because it gives the team an easy out if a player starts getting a lot of negative attention.

And Tank Johnson was just one crazy SOB. I can't really belive any NFL team would allow a man like Tank to play on thier team.

It is just so sad that someone would do that! I don't care who he is I hope he is severely punished for his actions. Even if he does continue playing for the time being, I am sure he has lost alot of fans. My husband used to think he was one of the best and can't stand him now. I agree with those of you who said too bad they can't punish him the same way he did those poor dogs. What a sack of crap he is!!
