I'm thinking of ordering some AA tshirts, but I'm so confused about the sizing. Is unisex the same thing as men's sizing?

I's usually a XL or XXL at mall stores, depending on the store. I was thinking of ordering an XL in men's, but now I'm not sure. I know I've heard the sizing runs small - would I be better off getting an XXL mens?

I believe that the unisex is men's sizing, so I wouldn't get your normal women's size in that. I'm a L in the women's tees from them, but I got a small in the unisex v-neck.
