STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

Hi everyone!  Oh, I'm so happy to be able to post again!  For the last few months my computer has been popping up weird error messages every time I've tried to post!  I haven't been able to say congratulations for the new additions to families, wish anyone well, get advice...

Quick update on my doings:  I took about 4 months off from work to travel and enjoy life.  I spent 2 amazing, wonderful months in South America, practicing my Spanish and learning tango.  Then I came back and bummed around a bit, fulfilled maid of honor duties, and generally relaxed, while missing South America something fierce.

Now I'm back at work full time with a promotion and a raise, and I've started training for a TRIATHLON!  My first one ever, and I haven't been very active in recent years, so it's been an adventure.  I decided to do it with Team In Training.  If anyone wants any info, (how to participate, volunteer, get involved with Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, or even how to donate), let me know!  The team has 6 honorees, including two adorable little kids, and it's been amazing learning about everything that LLS does, and meeting our honorees.

I hope to once again be a regular poster on the board!  Hope everyone's having a great summer so far!
