so, i have been very bad. santa might even take me off his list, but these sales have just been too good. i really like them both, but not sure if i should keep them both.  my brows need done, so don't mind that!

if it helps, keeping both won't break the bank, but means i will probably try to lay low until august. (or do some more ebay closet cleaning) also, the lim was final sale, but i can always ebay.

3.1 phillip lim rosette dress (almost half off). i really like this, have been lusting after it. i would have preferred the large, i think, but they didn't have one. i am much hippier post-baby hmm

I love the rosette dress! I'm not so much in love with the second one on you.

I like both! I think a minimizer would help with the second one

Hmmmm...as long as the rosette dress isn't tight at the hips and you can access the pockets without any problems, I think you should keep it. I've tried it on in multiple sizes and I definitely preferred it when it was looser there.

I'd try the Eva Franco one with a minimizer first, but the sleeves don't look very flattering so I'm leaning towards returning on that one.

um...where did you get the rosette dress almost half off? i want one!!

lk: i got it at a local boutique. i think i got the last one, but if you want, i can pm you the info to call if they have any more.

eta: it isn't tight at the hips, and i have access to the pockets, but i guess i am just used to wearing things more a-lined. (since this slightly tapers)

LOVE the first one--definitely a keeper.

There's something throwing me off about the second one though. I think the sleeves are making you look more broad-shouldered (is that a word?) than you are and the pattern seems to be taking away your waist. It's definitely a cool dress, but I don't think it does you justice.

I say keep the rosette dress--it looks great on you--and return the feather one.
