i can't figure out how to request a new product. i have more than 20 reviews, i just don't know how to do it. i posted a question on their boards, but no reply. can anybody help.

FROM THE FAQ Section...

Q: I'm quite new to MUA and haven't really got used to everything yet, but how do I write a review to an unlisted brand that's not on the site?

A: 1) When you click Write a Review, you can pick Unlisted Brand from the drop down brand menu 2) You can also request new brands on this page by writing to us through the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.
