Should I or shouldn't I?

I heart these shoes SOOOOOOOO much.  They would work with all of my trousers and skirts this summer.  That said, they are $360.  It's my birthday next week - should I treat myself?

Are there well priced alternatives that might be a little cheaper?  I'm worried that if I wait for these to go on sale, they won't have my size (I'm a 10 and it always sells out)?

To me, I feel like you could find a cheaper alternative.   Shoes would have to be pretty special for me to spend $360, but that's JMO.

I would get them if they fit your feet perfectly and provided the support that you need. I think Loeffler Randall is worth it because the shoes are well-constructed and very durable.

PS: When is your birthday? Mine is next week as well. biggrin

i think they are cute, but you could probably find something similar cheaper. but if you can't, and it's not breaking the bank then go for it!

I think you should treat yourself if you'll get a lot of use out of them.  But if you want a cheaper alternative -- I know they're not quite the same, but I thought I'd suggest these Dolce Vitas.  They're on sale online at Urban for $50 (from $120), and I actually got a pair in-store last week for $31!  However, they're totally flat, and I do like the wedge on the Loefflers... but if you want a cheap alternative, maybe they'd do the trick.

Okay, I'm no help at all!

Those are pretty cute, and if it's your b-day, then WHY NOT?! Go for it, even tho' there may be a cheaper alternative out there. It's your b-day only once, right?smile

I have some Loeffler Randall shoes, and while they're cute and everything...I don't think they're worth $360 (I got mine on major clearance for like $95).

I appreciate how beautiful those shoes are; and I'm all for treating oneself. But, for that price, I think those are little on the trendy side. My opinion is to find something a little more classic if you want to spend that much. Of course, there is no perfect match, but here are some that are inspired by the ones you like.

I hope--whatever you choose--that you have a fab birthday!

Honestly, I would go with one of the less expensive alternative pairs posted -- they don't seem worth the $360 to me.

Thanks everyone...I've got to mull it over for a few days, and swing by the Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's sales to see if there is something equivalent...then I'll know better.  Hopefully, while I'm mulling it over, they will go on sale :)

LK - my birthday is Tuesday - when is yours?  Happy birthday early :)

I just got these on sale at Anthro for $60.  THey seem pretty comparable.

Hmm, just saw these there too ($180, down from $350):

FYI, the LF's are on sale at shopbop for $252, so if you want to treat yourself, you can feel better about doing it.
