Surely, this is for real. Nobody would lie about building church and mosque and about having cancer and a fund that will go to nukes! We should all sign a petition so the money doesn't go toward nuclear weapons!

The cover of the paper this week featured a woman that had been had by a Nigerian Scam. When will people learn?

since this is by far the most ridiculous scam e-mail I have ever received, I'm really tempted to mess with them...  should I? for ST entertainment value?

I was thinking I could respond with something like,

"Dear Mr. Sally,

I am writing you on the request of Terri Irwin.  I understand that the bank is planning on using money intended for Church and Mosque for nuclear weapons! All this because she is dying of cancer! It's an outrage!  I too am suffering from cancer, and would like to donate money too while I am still alive which won't be long.  I would do anything to help Terri in her final dying days with cancer.  I am honored that I was chosen to see that the money is used in the way the Irwins intended. Please authenticate me as the next of kin and send me the 11 million pounds.

Thank you."

what should my name be? Kalista Flockheart? any other good ideas for names? it will need to be somewhat random if not completely made up (the nigerians don't know american tv like we do)
