I got this one from Gap and I think it's going to be a great casual summer dress.  I plan on layering a tank underneath.

I also got a cute kelly green one from Old Navy that is no longer on the website but they have had lots of cute dresses here recently so maybe if you haven't checked there lately it is worth a trip.

Definitely try Loehmann's and Marshalls...I've been having great luck finding reasonably priced (no more than $30) comfy, very cute sundresses

good luck!

Macy's had a huge sale and there were a ton of cute and colorful dresses in their INC line that were marked WAY down.

TJ Maxx had a lot of cute dresses when I was in there, but that's a store that totally depends on when you go.

JC Penneys has inexpensive, yet cute dresses. Especially in Nicole Miller's line.
