STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

I keep seeing a particular style of blouse on TV, but can't find it anywhere... I will attempt to describe it. 

It is silk, with a half-button front.  The collar is straight with a slight ruffle at the top.  The collar also ties.  It is 3/4-lenght and has a bit of a puff at the shoulder and ends with a banded cuff. 

I keep seeing it in purple or black on TV and LOVE IT, but can't find something similar for the life of me. 

If anyone has seen anything remotely close, could you please point me in the right direction?
