My mom was not as lucky as you or your mom... I bought her a rose, wrote her a card, my brothers and I cleaned up the kitchen and we're getting our picture taken on Friday (I feel a little old to be getting pictures with my brothers! But we tried to give her one last Christmas and it turned out AWFUL, and she's wanted a nicer one ever since...)

I gave my mom a pashmina, a custom-made journal for the upcoming Europe trip (she loves to journal), and some of my jewelry (she'd picked out potentials when my folks were at my house for Christmas).

I gave my mom "Because I Said So" on DVD.  We saw it together in the theatre on a "chick flick" night, and we both loved it!!

My dear girlfriend Alex took it upon herself to get some things for my son to give to me....a small bouquet of flowers, some ferrero rocher and a pineapple! Apparently several months ago he said to her "I get Mami a pineapple?"

Me and my brother went in together to get my mom a spa package.

And hubby got me a pink Sony cybershot as a Mommy-to-be present so that I can always have a camera with me to take pics of the baby aww.gif

I got my mom a beautiful lamp from Hallmark to put beside her night table in her room.

My husband got me a pair of cute wedge shoes.

My oldest son Marley (11years) got me a necklace and matching earrings and a card.

My little one Zane (4years) got me a ring from my jewlery (sp?) box a couple of days ago! hey, it's the thought that counts right? It was just too cute on how he gave it to me. and the rest of the day he kept bragging to his older brother that he gave me a mother's day gift already.

My mom just had a baby last month and she needs a major beauty product overhaul now that she's back to her energetic self.  She's big on skincare so I stocked her up with her favorite products:

Obviously I am not a mom to humans, but my husband always gets me donuts and flowers for mother's day. Oh, and Halley barfed on my floor, so I guess that was her present.hmm

I did not know what to get my mom, so I got her some nice laundry detergent and. . .

A month of laundry and linen service (including ironing) from yours truly!

I knew she would be more thankful for that than a random book or something since she wouldn't give me any hints on what she wanted.

if it's any consolation, i spent some of my mother's day cleaning up nasty poo that leaked out of lilah's diaper (AND pants) onto the carpet! bleh

I got my mom and MIL aprons from shutterfly, with a cute blk and wht pic of my boys, and little quote. I personally got nothing this year from hubby but a card..(*we are broke haha) but the boys made me adorable cards, and that was good enough for me!!!

Jack and I bought my mom three beaded necklaces...
Jack and the hubby bought me....a case of diet coke...it is a big joke because everytime the hubby goes to costo he forgets to get my diet coke....
they also bought me a digital picture from..you download pics on to it and it rotates the pics
