I think that as summer approaches, you'll be able to have an easier time finding these dresses. I second H&M and if you're looking to spend less, Forever 21 sometimes has great modal jersey dresses.

I know it's not under $100, but the Rachel Pally print dress you posted (albeit in a different color) is on sale for $148.40 at shopbop. I own this dress and I LOVE it.

I also own dress #2 and love it way too much for its own good.

For jersey, I'm in love with the beaches dress from J. Crew (the machine washable ones). They come in tons of colors and are super soft. They're $88, but some are on sale for less than $50. I can't find them online, but they still have them in store.
