How To Clean My Coach??

Take it to the coach store..they will send it off for cleaning for you.

They won't send it out for cleaning, however they now have cleaner for the signature.If you don't want to buy it, you can clean it with a claer unscented hand soap, usinga damp colorless cloth.
Is the metallic trim leather or dusted suede?

When I went to my Coach store, they said that they didn't do cleaning anymore (who knows what the deal is because it sounds like different places do different things!), but they sold me a lotion and clothes to use to keep it looking good.

from what I know its been at least 3 years. BUT if it is a leather bag, and you bring it in and the store is slow they will clean and moisturize it for you.

Last I heard they said it would take a facility the size of two football stadiums to keep up with all the bags if they started cleaning them.

I wanted to post a reply to this question earlier...... but anyways, for future reference some if not many coach stores do send out the bags for cleaning, and the company that cleans them bills you not coach. I just sent out my suede coach in febuary and it cost about $80 for them to clean it so just call around to different coach stores if its very stained and you can't get it out. HTH smile
