B: Smoothie (1 cup soymilk, 1 banana, 1/2 cup cherries, 1/2 cup strawberries)  3 pts

Snack: String cheese 1 pt

L: Moroccan chickpea soup 6 pts

Snack: Grapes 1 pt

D. Polenta with mushroom ragout (cookinglight.com) 8pts.

Snack:  Not sure...maybe I'll just have some wine or something.

Exercise: 30 min. run on treadmill

My goal is to post on here so I will eat better.  I'm headed to Cabo this summer so I need to look good!

B: scrambled eggs with low fat cheese

L: chicken fajitas.  I only ate one low carb tortilla.  I ate just the chicken for the rest.  A small thing of rice.

S: sugar free jello, low fat cheddar cheese

D: ??

E: 1 hour of cardio kickboxing!
