Kitty it looks like theres patches and a cream.  It doesnt say anything about having to use both though. does anybody know if you need to use both?


ETA:  I just checked the nivea website and under the patches it says
Application:
Apply during day or night, (2-3 times per
week), up to 8 weeks on respective body areas. Leave on max. 8 hours for an optimal effect. For a complete cellulite treatment use in combination with NIVEA body Good-bye Cellulite Gel-Cream to be applied daily once or twice on the respective body areas.

I'm going to go to the drugstore today and see if I can get my hands on some. I hope we don't have a fiasco like the Jergens Natural Glow fiasco a few years ago.

Speaking of JNG--they now have one that tans and firms! Anyone know if that works?

I am in as long as I can find it at the store tomorrow. It is ironic because I had actually cut out coupons yesterday in the paper after just reading about it and thought maybe I would try it out. After those before and after pics I will give it a shot for sure!

I was thinking the same thing- if anyone still has last Sundays paper it has $2 off coupons.

And if you buy the patches, the box has a $2 coupon in it too.  My lotion didn't come with a coupon though.


I got DH to take pictures of my cellulite, but -and don't be mad at me- the pictures don't show any cellulite.   I promise I have it!  Maybe I just needed a more shadowy area, less flash.  I only used one application of the lotion so far, so I'll try another photo session this evening when it's dusk.

Ok so today I went to 3 walgreens today and I only found 1 box of the patches. I guess I could have went else where but they had it on sale for $10 a box. So I got rainchecks at allplaces.I will not start until I track down the gel too.

Walmart, cvd, and walgreens are out around here. I was able to get one box of the patched and a tube of the gel between these three, but I took the last one at each place.

Well, CVS and Walgreens were both out of the gel, but had the patches.  I ended up getting a day cream, night cream, and patches by L'Oreal instead.  It looks like the ingredients are the same, so we'll see!  smile

I don't have the patches but I do have the day and night gel.  I bought it last year on mega sale at Target and haven't even used it yet.  I'm gonna have to use it up before I get the Nivea stuff so me and you will be using the same thing!

After only four days I sware there is already a difference!

The lotion seems like it will last forever since it doesn't seem like you need that much.  Are you all slathering it on, or applying it like lotion?

I also think it could get expensive!  I cut one in half and put it on the back of each thigh.  Maybe my legs weren't completely dry from the gel.  I put it on first.

I apply the gel liberally, but about the same as lotion.  I think it will last a long time too. 

I'm on day 3 and hopefully will see changes soon.  =)

I ordered mine today from planetrx.com (thanks Escrime). I got 2 of the gel and 1 box of patches. Now I'm thinking I need more patches. For those of you that have started using it, do you think one works better than the other?

Too early to say, but I do like how easy the gel is to use and it seems to be the more cost effective route.  I would be curious to see how it works for the girls only using the gel, compared to those who use both the gel and the patches.  I wonder if it's worth it for the patches, or just a money-maker for Nivea.  I need more patches too.  I"m going back to Eckard to see if they got more in tonight.

Are you guys applying it twice a day? I've been applying it in the morning and night. It seems as though my legs feel sticky and my pants are literally stuck to my skin. This is after standing around in my undies for at least a half hour and in front of the fan at times. Maybe I'll just do it at night. confused
