I'm getting a pedicure in a few hours at a fancy schmancy place. I have total winter hooves and am slightly embarrassed. Any pre-pedicure pedicuring recommendations?

I'd just go in as-is.  I'm sure they've seen worse (I've heard some horror stories from nail techs), even at a place like that.  I sometimes take off old chipped nail polish, but if my polish looks decent, then I let them do that.  Just go and be pampered!

YOu could do a foot soak and then use a pumice stone to get off some of the dead skin. I wouldn't bother much beyond that.
