Layering a couple tanks would work nicely to make the skirt very casual and would look cute with flip flops:

I have that skirt and I usually wear it with black or navy..I thnk w/ all the colors it's best to anchor the skirt w/ a solid and neutral top.

I have the same skirt and bought it because it will match anything!

I've been wearing it with purple. The darker one on the left of the skirt in the photo. I also got an orange tank top to wear when i wear my orange heels.

you can really wear any color with it.

there's a lot of pale yellow tops out now that would look nice.

I like the layered tank idea from Drew. I'll try that next time I wear it.

I don't like to wear anything too loose because there are a few pleats on top and unless something is tucked in I look fat around the middle (which may or may not be the skirt's fault...)
