I was thinking maybe a top with either fringe or crystal studs to wear with them. Any suggestions?

I'm seeing a short-sleeved, boatneck tee. An extra bit of lycra with a very streamlined- -almost severe feel to it. A little crystal might be nice, but I can't picture too much of it working with the washed appearance these pants have.

I agree with polly, I would keep the top simple, given the fact that pants are very busy...

I actually like the fabric itself based on the pic. If these were slim, capri-length and linen, they'd work for a beach vacation or something, with a coral or red cotton sweater. (No crystals.)
