My work is requesting that from now on we all wear polos and khaki pants (booooooooring) anyway I got some cute polos in plum, navy, black, and red ( I know I will look like I work at Target with the red, and DQ with the plum hehe but there was a limited selection)......but I have NO idea what shoes to wear. I was thinking maybe a cute flat, but I am at a loss for the color except black. I have such cute work clothes and now boom POLO-VILLE Can anyone help??? Here are some pics:

I think you could do a lot of things!

I mean, I just did a quick search but I really think you have tons of options. Your palatte is so neutral that it should be easy to mix and match shoes and tops (since you'll be wearing the same color pants every day)

boring!!  that sucks.  if i was forced to wear khakis + polos i'd probably get some wide leg khakis like they are selling at gap now and pair them w/your polos (great colors, love the purple and blue) and maybe some cute white flats.  i've been eyeing these lately:

another thought - can you wear any type of khaki bottom? if so you could add a little fun by getting capris/bermudas/skirts...

I personally don't think an overly cute colorful shoe is going to look good with khaki pants and basic polos. When I wore khaki pants to work I wore brown leather loafers. Comfy and looked nice. Here are some examples (from shoes.com and zappos.com):
