I know it's awfully late to start this, but....

B: peanut butter and grahm crackers
S: a little reese cup I got in class
L: noodles with meat and sauce
D: baked flounder, mixed veggies, and hopefully a smoothie (if I don't have everything for a smoothie I'll have some mixed fruit)
BB: probably will be cheese and low-fat triscuits and/or an orange

E: I just did a yoga video that kicked my ass! I'm about to leave for a short walk, too, before it gets dark

B: Chicken Breast and some spinach
S: Popcorn
L: Peanut Butter on English Muffin
S: orange
D: subway club sandwich on whole wheat, bag of baked lay's

And since I had a stressful evening, half a peanut butter and chocolate bunny.

E: one hour with my personal trainer who kicked my butt!

Escrime, your breakfast kills me. I don't think I could handle something so heavy in the morning!

My trainer makes fun of me too.   But I just say my body doesn't know any different.  wink

I try to make breakfast my biggest meal, plus, I am always late, so I end up heating up leftovers from dinner to eat.

B: Special K with red berries, glass skim milk
S: couple handfuls Wheat Thins
L: bow-tie pasta with chicken breast, light string cheese, cucumbers, snack pack Kissables
D: Cosi bruschetta salad (tomatoes, onions, cannellini beans and Parm with vinaigrette on mixed greens), big piece crusty bread, 1/2 tomato/basil mozzarella sandwich
S: 2 dark chocolate Cadbury mini eggs

E: 1 hr spinning, abs, arm free weights

Escrime, that's awesome!  You eat meals I would eat, but just in a different order :)  And I bet it's good for your body and your workout to get started with a protein-packed meal.

I'm glad you girls have gotten this thread going again.  It's really helpful to be held accountable and know I have to write down everything I eat.
