a little irritated right now...need to vent about these shoes

I am still looking for these shoes:

Marc Fisher
Here is the email I sent to macy's.  I wonder if I will get a response.  It is  pretty explanatory as to why I am irritated.  Thanks for letting me vent.

I am writing to express my unhappiness over a recent customer service experience I have had with your store. On your website, you have a pair of shoes by Marc Fisher (style name is "Kismet"). I want them in a size 8.5 in navy blue patent. They only available ones left are black. Anyway, I emailed you and you sent me a phone number to call, and the Macy's Customer Representative I spoke to told me that the shoes are a website only item. I know this is untrue because I have a friend who bought them in a Macy's store in New York. I called that store and they said they had been available in their store but sold out. They said that I could call around to some Macy's stores to see if they were available. I have done so, but the sales clerks have not been very helpful. One told me to call a larger store and one told me she could not look for the shoe without the SKU number. The person I spoke to originally from the Macy's website should have given that SKU number to me. Can you help me out maybe by calling some of your larger stores to find this shoe for me if they have my size? Thanks.

Did you try calling Macy's customer service #?  It's 800-BUY-MACY.  I think you'd get a much better and faster response if you called.  I think the chances of them getting your email, calling stores, and then responding to you is slim.  I know Vanessa is the one who bought them here in Illinois at the Fox Valley store.  Maybe call them, or maybe pm Vanessa for the sku #.  Good luck!

I will try that number. I don't think that is the one that the CS gave me.
