For those of us who vowed for a "healthy challenge", just wondering how many really did it :) AS I sit here drinking a glass of wine ( ONE) I feel no guilt knowing I ate great all day, went on a walk with my kids, and ran on the treadmill for 14 min...yes only 14..I am a light smoker, that just realized I need to stop FOR GOOD..WOW..I thought I was going to die..BUT I did it right!!! Tomorrow it will be 20 min! ( unless I just pass out haha)

I did pretty good.

I slept in until I woke up on my own because I needed it.

Ate a lot of veggies, drank a lot of water.

Had grilled chicken for lunch and dinner.

Only had one cup of coffee

Did an hour of spinning

took my calcium supplement and a multi vitamin

Worked as usual

I did have some frosted animal crackers, but it was the very last bit in the bag, so I can't have anymore for the rest of the week.

I don't feel as tired as I have been lately. I think I started eating too much processed sugar again, and it was wearing me down.

Ummm I'm gonna have to quit already for this week! wink
Mainly because they are remodling the house and right now they are working on the kitchen, so I'm seeing some eating out days for this week!
But good luck to the rest of the girls!!!

Ha! Not as well as I thought I would, but I'm on my way. Maybe I need to take baby steps:
Coffee-I did have one cup each morning, but switched my mid-day cup to a peppermint tea
Exercise-I did half of my pilates video on Monday
Healthy eating-this is the area I excelled in
Drinking-had one glass of wine with dinner yesterday
"Other" similar-to-drinking bad habit-not at all
