B: coffee, bowl of cereal and Natural PB on whole wheat muffin, 320 calories S: grape tomatoes, 50 calories L: Grilled chicken breast, cauliflower and a red velvet cupcake (it's my birthday!), the chix breast and cauliflower are 200 calories. Not sure on the cupcake S: asparagus and some cheese 150 calories D: Grilled chicken breast and spinach 250 calories
Tomorrow, I am having my birthday dinner, so I am doing my best to eat clean before then because I am going to enjoy myself.
However, I did have a handful of frosted animal cookies last night.
B: none, water S: 4 pb crackers L: pasta with morning star crumbles (about 1.5 cups); 2 breadsticks, fake butter S: brownie (work thing - I'll only eat half of one) D: soup from Panera - going for veggie and a piece of whole grain bread
B: Caribou granola bar, Activia yogurt S: chocolate chip cookie L: a ham and cheese sandwich on 12 grain, fruit salad, and some tortilla chips (odd combo, huh?) D: whole-wheat spaghetti with tomato sauce
E: I think I'll take a walk around the mall.
