I was just there, but I didn't see it. Target is clearancing most of their tights so I got a couple for $1.48! Also, Easter stuff are 75% off so I got a bunch of Easter themed socks for 74 cents. Check around for some deals!

Ok girls-I did some more investigating and it must be in some stores because in one of  "reviews" on target.com someone said they bought it at the store.  It also comes in some other colors:
