Hey, I got on the scale this morning and I am down 5 lbs. I think I have been bloated from my period. So that means 15 to go!! (if I behave myself) biggrin

B: Eggbeaters, Turkey Bacon, Whole Grain English Muffin, some tuna I had to get rid of, coffee and creamer Calories: 320
Snack: Brussel Sprouts Calories: 60
Lunch: Chicken and Dumplings Soup Calories: 220
Snack: Asparagus and string cheese Calories: 200
Dinner: Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs Calories: 300
Snack: 100 calorie popcorn

ETA:  Exercise:  1 hour interval training with trainer

Breakfast: none, water (slept late anyway)

Lunch: pb sandwich (whole grain bread, natural pb)

Snack: 100 calorie snack

Dinner: pasta I made last night with veggies and morning star crumbles

Exercise: everyone I know is gone this week, so is it terribly wrong that I'm not going to the gym since I have no one to answer to? Yeah, yeah, I know the answer.

Breakfast: bowl of rice krispies and milk with frozen raspberries
Lunch: um, jr. cheeseburger deluxe from Wendy's and milk
Dinner: asparagus spears with goat cheese, sauteed mushrooms and onions with bacon

Exercise: 1.5 hrs of hot power yoga

B: a bag of nutter butters and a bag of pretzels from the candy machine
L: shredded wheat cereal
D: I just had a bowl of cottage cheese, and I'm not sure I care enough to eat any more. Maybe I'll be able to talk myself into some strawberries later on or something

E: Um, somehow I fell asleep today for 5 1/2 hours (gah!!!! I wanted to take a nap before my night class and didn't wake up until BF called me at 9:30!), so I'm too groggy to exercise. I know that's a dumb excuse.
