dress that made me go Ooo!

I have been just not loving fashion as much lately- -kinda numb to anything. But, today, I found this one and exclaimed "Ooo!" out loud. I figure that it's a good sign.

It's from Nord and comes in 2 other colors. Laundry. I think I might have to get this one - -not for my casual dress search.
