do you want a pen for the yard or something you can move? We had zillions of bunnies when I was little, and we just bought some chicken wire or some other kind of wire fence stuff, put some stakes in the ground, ran the chicken wire around the stakes and zip tied them together where they met. Then we used some metal hooks to hold the bottom of the pen down.

I had rabbits when I was little (just one at a time though). I think we might have bought the hutch from the breeder. We had something like this but with shorter legs
(from Pet Smart)
However we very rarely locked the rabbit inside. Rabbits need to be able to run around so we kept ours on the terrace (basically a 7x10 room) and locked the rabbit in the cage just while cleaning or sometimes if we brought him inside and didn't want him running around for whatever reason.
I think the main things to look for are size, especially since you have 2 bunnies, something that they can easily get in and out of on their own, and also I'd try to get one without wire bottoms. Wire bottom cages are easier to clean but I think mesh and wire are uncomfortable for rabbit feet, plus as others pointed out you can litter train rabbits so hopefully they can just use a box and the rest of the cage will stay fairly clean.
I haven't had a bunny, but Amy Sedaris' book "I Like You: Hospitality Under the Influence" has a section on bunnies and the kind of food/housing they need. (She has one named Dusty.)
