My outfit for an Indian wedding...

Since I'm not wearing the oufit in these pics, I posted it here instead of in Thread Style. biggrin


On May 5th my BFF is getting married. She is Fiji-Indian, so it will be a Hindu ceremony. I'm going to be one of her bridesmaids, the only non-Indian one. We will all be wearing lehngas, which consist of a long skirt, blouse, and scarf.

Last night the bride took me shopping to find a lehnga, and this is the one I got. It's a navy blue/dark purple color. Now I just have to find shoes for the outfit.

Scarf on left, blouse on top, skirt underneath.



With the bangle set. I'm wearing one set like this on each wrist.
