I googled a 'ballet wrap top' and came across this website that has some. However, you might google it and find something else you like better. I'm assuming you want it to work out, but i could be wrong, so the ones I pulled up are mainly from dance websites.

I just got a Charcoal wrap top exactly like that at Express on clearance maybe a month ago. I was just there again today and they had a couple more in black, you may want to stop by and check there. They were like $20.
