I would either stop by a Louis Vuitton store, or call someone at eluxury.

I bought a bag at eluxury (marc jacobs) and a rivet holding the little strap of leather that holds the chain popped off. They directed me to the official marc jacobs repair shop and I got it fixed for free - but I think that's because I bought it from them. They might be able to at least give you the repair shop contact information.

Not being able to see the damage, it's hard to say how much it might cost - could be $100... if it's a faulty hardware repair, they may do it for free.

I think LV does repairs on all there bags. Maybe find a customer service number for them or take it to a LV store to ask for a repair quote?

LV does do repairs - they do charge though. It depends on the repair.
