I think it starts today or tomorrow. When I was there on Saturday looking at Chloe bags, the SA in that section said they started doing pre-sales already, for 30% off.

The private sale starts tomorrow and everything is a different percentage off but the coupons they send are for $20or $25 off a $100 purchase. can't remember if it's $20 or $25.

I just presold a Lauren Merkin clutch on Saturday.

The coupons are for $25 off $100. Also the precentages of the discounts vary depending on the item.

lynnie, it may be worthwhile for you to check if Bloomies carries DV in NYC since so many lines are carried by the flagship stores exclusively. I know they don't in LA.

greca, I checked the booklet and they don't specify a sale with sunglasses. However, you still get $25 off $100 or more, so you could still save that way.

How do you get these coupons? I have a bloomies card but didn't get anything in the mail.

I have not done any pre-sale for this one, but bloomies private sale is one of my favorites, and I have been going to the one in late March for 9 years! It hasn't changed in years so I've almost memorized what'll be on sale.

Shoes: buy 2 or more pairs, take 25% off total
Bags: 15% off most bags over $300, 30% off select others
Contemporary/YES: usually 20% off certain brands like Free People, Guess, French Connection, C&C California, some Juicy, Vince, etc.
Spend more save more on brands like Theory, Marc by Marc Jacobs, DVF.

Then you can use your private sale coupons for $25 off $100 purchase in addition to that.

PS - I don't know how I ever started getting the coupons but as a point of reference, I don't have their credit card.
My brother has the bloomies card and he gets them too, and someone I used to date bought me a present from there once and ever since then he started getting them too. Weird!
