I leave to Greece in 6 weeks and I am already thinking about my packing list.
I don't want to take any heels since the streets in Greece look pretty rocky and I wouldnt want any of my heels to get messed up if I fall!


Because certain wedge shoes can be bulky and sometimes heavy I only want to take ONE pair.  So I am looking for the perfect wedge shoe that I can dress up, down, wear with jeans, skirts and shorts.

Does such a wedge exist?

Are you looking for a sandal wedge? The JCrew ones recently posted by Christine are great looking.

Or are you looking more for a shoe/pump wedge? What's your spending limit? Color?

If you are looking for a sandal-type wedge, I obviously agree with relrel about those JCrew ones - if you want I can review them when they come.

Alternatively, I can't recommend the Kenzie "billy" wedges enough. I got them in red last spring and they seriously go with everything -- they easily dress up or down and look so cute on. As a bonus, they are incredibly light -- they weigh almost nothing! And they're inexpensive too.

I couldn't find them in red just now, but I did find the brown ones at a bunch of sites, including shoes.com, and at whatapair.com - just google the shoe name.
