It is from JCPenney. I just love it. I posted this same question over at makeupalley.com and one of them told me it looks "grandma". Sometimes I wonder about my taste, but I just love this bag and I don't normally get excited over handbags.

if you like it, then just get it. it's irrelevant if other people don't see its appeal.

Thanks everyone. I guess I am just not into handbags enough personally to have the confidence to know what looks good and what doesn't. I love handbags on others, though. I think I am going to wait and see if JCP will drop the price even further (which they usually do)
