I don't know about immediate relief (I usually just use decongestants), but I used Zicam the last time I had a cold and it really made my cold go away tons quicker.

Tylenol flu for daytime (whether you have the flu or not - it's the best) and Sudafed with sleep meds in it for night.

I'm constantly taking cold meds when I get a cold (at least 2 a year) and these really helped me feel better the last time I had one.

Yeah, I've also taken Tylenol Cold & Flu, works pretty good. Sorry you're not feeling.......
