I want to send a handwritten thank card to three people who were references for me during my job interview process.  I also would like to send a small thank you gift.  They are all long distance, so I would like the gift to be easily mail-able.

Do any of you creative ladies have any ideas?  I'm at a loss

I just asked for some letters of reference for a licensure program I am applying to and I thought that I would buy some gift cards to put inside the thank you notes.  I know that one guy loves this particular restuarant, so I will probably get a card from there.  And for the others maybe cards to Barnes and Noble, but I haven't decided on them yet.

What about gift cards to a coffee place? Most everyone likes coffee, and it's kind of businessy-themed because everyone always drinks coffee for work :)
