Which dress should I keep?

I am a bridesmaid in a wedding in late April.  I have purchased two dresses, one of which I will wear to the rehearsal dinner.  Which do you like better?

IRL, the yellow color on this dress is more of a light lime green color.

They both fit very well, but I am leaning towards the first one because it is more unique and I don't already have anything like it in my closet.  However, do you think might it be a little busy/distracting? 
If I go with the first one, what sort of shoes and accessories would you pair with it?

I love the first one and would probably go with it. I am thinking I would wear very simple jewelry and shoes so that I didn't compete with the dress. Silver or gold jewelry and then brown (if that is the color in the dress, black if it is black) shoes. Nude shoes would work great too.
