Jeans sizing advice

I've been considering buying a pair of People's Liberation Bella's, Joe's Honey, or Joe's Socialtes, I have found good deals on all 3, but I am worried about sizing. I usually wear a 31 in designer denim and an 8 (on occaison a 6) in other jeans. I wear a 8 at the Gap and own a pair of Joe's Lovers in a 31, they are baggy which is fine for this style. What sizing would you recommend? Which pair would you choose? Any advice would be appreciated.

I have the People's Liberation jeans and mine run pretty TTS. They're a 32 and I normally wear a 10 in regular jeans. HTH!

I'm probably the same size as you in denim - I'm a 6/8 in jeans from GAP, BR, etc. I have the joe's jeans muse which I got in a 28. I can't imagine that you'd be a 31. It seems like you'd most likely be a 29 in the joe's jeans.

Kitty, I bet not... I wear a 31 in TR, Seven, Paper Denim and Co. But I guess that means you would be all for my sizing down

I love my Joe's Honeys.  I haven't tried People's Liberation so I can't compare, but my Honeys are one of the comfiest pairs and most flattering jeans I own.   Where did you find your good deals? I might want to buy a pair.

The good deals were from e-bay and an e-bay seller that I have bought so many jeans from she tells me when she is selling my size Thanks for your help, but I think I will wait till I get back to the states and do my own deal stalking at Marshall's and such.
