I have officially gained the "freshman fifteen" I have absolutely no motivation to go to the gym and work out. Before coming to school i had 15% body fat and I dont even want to know what i am now. My muscle definition has totally gone away. Help me! How do you motivate youself to work out?

Carrie Bradshaw: The fact is, sometimes it's really hard to walk in a single woman's shoes. That's why we need really special ones now and then to make the walk a little more fun.
You just have to take it one day at a time. Go today. Then go tomorrow. Then go the day after that. If you can go three days this week, that's great! You'll start to feel better once you start going more, and then you'll actually want to go even more. But for now, just try to tackle it a little at a time -- otherwise you'll feel overwhelmed and not want to go at all. You'll feel so good once you go more often that it'll be worth it! Good luck.
