really uncomfortable shoes

i recently bought these shoes, and wore them the other day. they were SO uncomfortable! i now have a massive blister on each heel, where the top of the shoe was rubbing. is there anything i can do to soften up the shoes? please help!

Poor thing! you can cut moleskin to protect your foot or maybe if the problem is just the edge cutting into the top of your foot put one of those little strappy things just on the sharp part.  You can get them from

I've had shoes like that and I think it takes time. Some shoes that I swore I would never wear again are some of my most comfy now.

I do think sometimes the shoes have to break in, but I love moleskin. It makes so many shoes thare are otherwise unwearable some of my favorites.

thanks girls, i will investigate the moleskin. i'm just hoping that they'll it's just because they're new and that they will be ok once i've worn them a bit more. x
