I really like All Black shoes. I don't own any but I've tried some of their shoes on, and I think the quality is great. I think they run pretty much TTS, although some of their pointy-toe styles feel a bit snug to me.

Btw, Anthro carries All Black shoes, too. That particular style is $98 at Anthro.

My Anthro had them on sale yesterday. I think they were $59 or $69. I tried them on in an 8 (my normal size) and they fit. They're really comfortable!
