Hmmmm....hard to say......What club are you going to? What's the vibe?  Lots of dancing or just chill lounging - are their several areas/floors for both?  Since it's your birthday, red would be a great way to stand out as it is such an attention getting "look at me color" naturally.  I love that dress except for the keyhole on the bust but maybe that's your style. 

My personal favorite is the #3 block-ish dress in cream, black & sky.  However, I only like the square neck one on the runway model, the round neck one above just doesn't sit quite right.  If it's better IRL, go for it, but the knock off is not living up to the runway comparison.  Remember, if your single & out on the prowl for a guy that night 9 out of 10 guys like things simple & sexy.  I don't think most men would appreciate the beauty of #2 (although all your girlfriends will if it's a girl's night out....) & the camel 80's sweater may look sexy on the right body type w/ really good hair.

Bottom line: Red dress or the runway block dress IMHO

I chose number 3, I love the colour of 9 but it looks like a stripper dress to me for some reason, I think it's the bell sleeves.
 I really like the silver top though, very young, cute and trendy!

#3 was cute but a little grandma-ish for nyc nightlife.
#9 was cute but to me looked like a 60's go-go costume

I voted #7, I think it has just the right sex appeal yet still covered up - love the color too. You will stand out on your bday.
