need advice on where to go for mini vacation...

bf and i are thinking of going somewhere for a week, sometime in mid march.. somewhere beachy and warm? any suggestions...i was thinking miami but is it too cold to go this time of the yr? the weather says around 80 degrees but in ny, you cant really hit the beach unless its 90ish...is it the same for miami? any suggestions on where else we can go without spending too much?

I went to Miami in February once and it was warm enough for the beach. The water temps there are a lot higher than they are in the NY area. The only other beachy place I've ever been to is Puerto Rico and I think that would be great for a mini vacation too.

I'm not sure where you would flying out from, but if you have a week how about Hawaii? You could probably score some last minute deals.

thanks ladies, i actually booked an all inclusive vaca to puerto vallarta in mexico b/c its closer to the west coast.  im so excited!
