dress 1. i like purple on you and even though i'm not sold on the embellishments, i can tell this dress would looks good on you. I don't think its too low, especially if it locks and loads (ahh, too much stacy london)

i prefer the 2nd one - i love the print. the embellishments on no 1 aren't really my style but if you like it then keep both!
