my friends are throwing me a farewell party cause im moving to vegas tuesday.  we're going out saturday and i was planning on wearing a navy top with gold multi strand pearly necklaces.  what color bottoms can i wear besides jeans?? and I was thinking gold shoes but i only have open toes, can i wear open toe shoes in the winter? I really dont want to wear open toe shoes but i also dont want to spend money buying gold pumps.  Should I just wear skinny jeans and tuck them into my brown suede boots? any cheap alternatives/ suggestions?

If its not too cold where you live...and youre going to be inside for the night anyways, I would just wear the open toe gold shoes.

I would wear the top as a dress with thick tights and either boots or whatever shoes looked cute.  If its not cold where you are, then where your open toed shoes.  Who cares what the calendar says.  I saw bare legs in January in France.

I'd definitely wear it as a dress.  I think you can go with open toe shoes if you're going to be inside and it's not too cold. 
I think thick tights with boots would also work, like sydney suggested.
