Got back from Dubai, Kabul and Sri Lanka last week, and I am now recovering from my accident.

We had a great time and came in second in the tournament!

I thought you guys might like these pictures.

It was cool coming in by helicopter because everybody thought we were famous.

So as we headed off to play, we had an extra person in our group besides the caddies, etc., and we had no idea what he was for. We were probably about at the 10th hole, when we saw these creatures running like crazy at the 11th hole.

Turns out, the extra guy was a monkey chaser! He went ahead of the group of people to chase off the monkeys who roamed the golf course because they have a tendency to run off with the golf balls.

It was just really surreal to be playing golf and then to be worrying about monkeys running off with your balls. :lol:

Here is the video of the monkeys running like crazy. Photobucket messed up the resolution, but you get the idea.

That private island is amazing!!!  I think I could go there and forget about the rest of the world *sigh*  The pics are beautiful!  And I too can't believe you played the next day after being thrown from an elephant, you're a trooper.  Glad you're feeling better.
