If she refuses to refund you I would file a dispute through paypal.  I filed one for misrepresentation and the seller refunded my money.  You should be fine!

I hate it when sellers do that.  Let me know how it turns out!

I would take digital pics to document what the bag looks like IRL , and also file a dispute with paypal.

You can dispute either through paypal or eBay. It's called something like, "item signficantly not as described."

I'm sorry :( I had a similar experience and a Bulga bag - which is why I will never buy handbags on Ebay.

So the seller responded and she's actually being really nice.  She's refunding my money.  I'm never buying another handbag on Ebay ever again!

Yeah- yesterday was not a good day and I was soo pissed, but at least she's giving me my money back.

B felt so bad, we found it for 25% off @ AE and he bought it for my bday

Wow, that is really crappy.  I am so glad she is refunding you and not giving you any trouble.  What a sneaky little B****.
