Looks like it is - she has been seen hanging with her bf (ex now) waiting in the car while he scores pot. Now.. that doesnt neccessarily mean she does it... but to see a picture pop up with her like this.. I doubt its a "hand rolled cigarette".

she's inhaling the shit out of it! it has to be a joint! and yes i know cause i used to smoke pot. joints can be as thin or as thick as you want them to be too. she has guts to do this out in public like that, I mean I used to too, but i wasn't a "superstar" with the media following me.

yea looks like one. hehe, i find it funny. do you remember when carrie smoked pot on the street in nyc and got arrested? that was funny too. I like it when people smoke pot in public for some reason.
