Review of UO Sailor/Wide leg pants
Permalink Closed

I know some of us were interested in these pants:

I went to urban today to check them out and I was very saddened by them in every single way. They are so cheaply made and the material is super-thin that I almost didn't even bother trying them on. When I did try them on, they looked horrible. They totally flatten the ass, and are in no way figure flattering. They just don't look ANYTHING like urbn.com picture. They're seriously crappier quality than f21 pants. Sizing runs small.

Sorrow.

I tried them on the other day and I feel the same way-exactly.  I also thought they were cheaply made, not flattering, ran small and just not what I expected.  I do wish they would have worked though!

I got some sailor jeans from NY&Co a couple of weeks ago that are almost just like those and the fabric is very nice.  They were $45ish plus tax.  I was in NY&Co yesterday and they still had some so you might want to check them out.  Here are some pics:

That's so disappointing! But I guess it shouldn't really come as a surprise - I can never find anything at UO that doesn't look cheap and flimsy IRL.
