Digital Camera Recommendations

Does anyone have a recommendation for an easy to use digital camera that will take good pictures?  I just purchased a 6.0 mp canon, but I'm finding it really hard to use.  It takes forever to take pictures, and because there's so many different settings, they're not even coming out that good.  A lot of them are coming out blurry and dark, which is so frustrating!  It just seems like by the time you set it up, and take the picture, the moment's gone.  Any recommendations would be really helpful.

I am going to post a reply to myself in case anyone else is looking for a digital camera.  I ended up buying an Olympus 7.1 MP and I absolutely LOVE it.  The pictures are never blurry, it's so easy to use, and it covers everything I was looking for.  I would highly recommend it.
